You're not the only one. I am able to load CSS files but just a few. Take a look: http://goldencucco.x10host.com I can load the theme's CSS but no css files in the css folder. Also, notifications stopped working. Thus, I'm 80% sure it's some kind of server-side issue that'll be solved soon. :)...

Not 100% sure if this helps but: As far as I'm aware, you can have only 1 account per IP.
