Hi. I added domain lasmatessonfaciles.com and/or lasmatessonfaciles.x10host.com but I don't see any page when I access to it. It says "This site can't be reached". Do I have to wait some time? Do we need to add ".x10host.com" or is it okay just with ".com"? Thank you.

Ok, I was dumb. You need to add new domain in here: Click on your default domain and then add the domain, for example "mynewdomain.com". Domain cannot be added from the CPanel anymore. It says so clearly when you login into x10hosting. Not sure if you did the same mistake.

Whenever I try to upload a file via FTP I got this error. It worked some days before. o_O upload fail : /domains/***.x10host.com/public_html/css/style.css => FTPError: 552 Disk full - please upload later I'm only using 16.9 MB / 512 MB. Any idea? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your help @garrettroyce. Unfortunately, I am not able to access cPanel, I am able to sign in but when I press Open cPanel button the navigator stays idle and after a while I got a white screen with this, I tried chrome and mozilla. I could connect a few days ago. Any help is welcome...

I am not able to connect through ftp, sftp, nor to CPanel, nor to any of my two sites I have in x10hosting. Is the server down? I am in Spain if that matters.

I would like to access my files in site through ssh? can I do that? I think an administrator have to give me access. Also, not sure about the server name and port.

I logged into my cPanel today and I changed the username and email in my account configuration. Now I am not able to access either my cPanel nor my web. Perhaps I have to wait some time or it is due to the migration process, but more likely due to the changes I made ?? If someone could help on...

Okay. I dont plan to go to the US so far. Can I get into the account or I lost it forever? In the latter case I undestand the files will be deleted in a month of inactivity (since last time I logged in), after that, will the domain be available again?

Hi. I created my account in x10hosting while I was in the US for two months, but I live in Spain. Now I try to access my account from Spain and it says I am not able to and that I should contact support which I did but no answer so far.
