Resolved Can I access File Manager through ssh?

I would like to access my files in site through ssh? can I do that?

I think an administrator have to give me access. Also, not sure about the server name and port.

I may be wrong but i dont think ssh is available to free accounts.
i think its just the standard way through DIrectAdmin or normal ftp.

I am not able to connect through ftp, sftp, nor to CPanel, nor to any of my two sites I have in x10hosting. Is the server down? I am in Spain if that matters.

Your website and logins appear to be working for me. Please log in to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main and then proceed to DirectAdmin using the link there.

Once you are in, you will see your url will be something like https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/ . This means your server is x13. So you will need to make sure that (S)FTP is connecting to x13.x10hosting.com . Please remove any old references to xo##.x10hosting.com as these old servers have been migrated out.

Thanks for your help @garrettroyce. Unfortunately, I am not able to access cPanel, I am able to sign in but when I press Open cPanel button the navigator stays idle and after a while I got a white screen with this, I tried chrome and mozilla. I could connect a few days ago. Any help is welcome.
