Yeah, if you're logged in as an administrator it will show as an edit box, if it's just a regular user it should only show text. If users can actually change it you should double check their permissions. EDIT: I believe the "Edit other people's account settings" permission mask grants them...

Chain mail can really annoy me. Something incredibly bad should have happened to me by now :rolleyes: Most will get removed by my filter as well, the ones that don't just get deleted instantly.

I'm running Comodo Firewall. I'm not sure on it's resource consumption but it has never caused any problems on my system.

Text/leet speak annoys me. I don't understand why people couldn't be bothered to write using at least a bit of correct grammar and structure. Communication through the internet/text messages and the like is not an excuse for not spending the time to write a respectable message.

Try emptying the forum cache: Admin > Forum Maitainence > Empty file cache. Also, your directory to your theme might be incorrect, so take a look at that too. Does it work when you use the SMF-Core theme?

I also prefer NOD32, great speed, small memory footprint, very regular updates, etc. It's much better then any other Antivirus installation I've used. I'd much rather Mcafee over Norton though.

Re: what is your online game? I play World of Warcraft and Half Life 2: Deathmatch for the most part, there's also Crysis which I play from time to time.

SMF - free, powerful, easy to manage. I can relate to tittat though, the forum system built into e107 CMS is quite nice.

I've always stood by Comodo Firewall Pro, it's never let my down yet. I also tried Online Armor Personal Firewall for a while, but didn't like it, I'm unsure why. Why did you math teacher hack you?
