Do you have a forum script installed yet? if not, you can install them from Softaculous.(e.g username.x10.mx/forum) once installed, just edit the button/link on your friend's site to point to the forum's address(username.x10.mx/forum).

you should be able to access cPanel but with some errors on the statistic pane. actually now even cPanel is unaccessible....

how did you installed JCow? using softaculous? did you install it at the correct directory? if you have add-on domain(e.g mydomain.co.cc), the directory to install jcow to will be "public_html/mydomain" which should be auto created for you when you add-on domain.

what kind of cloud service are you referring to? would helpful if can explain in detail what you are trying to achieve here.

looks like the shout box is working normal on your website. as for the 2nd problem, you need to delete or rename index.html from public_html folder seems like you have both index.html and index.php

it doesn't work that way. forum have scripts, configuration files and databases which all requires changes as well. which forum script are you using? if it's a new forum, i suggest to just delete and reinstall it at the required forum directory
