as per Anna's reply above, you can only have 1 hosting account. You can host multiple sites on 1 hosting account, login to your cpanel account and create a new subdomain: VIIIC.x10.mx as long as that's not taken, it should go through successfully

Hi, Account portal works fine but VPN connection still doesn't work. have tried to delete VPN connection and recreating on my Macbook Pro, still getting the same error. Anyone else having problems connecting to x10VPN?
