it looks to me like you are allready managed to get into cpanel (because the index.html is removed allready) but incase you still have this problem .. keep in mind that the forum login here is not the same as the cpanel login

well to be honest i don t know any other reasons, you can try deleting index.html then clear the browser and see if the page is not found anymore.. if not found upload the new index.html again dunnow might be worth a try
