    Hey, I'd just like to mention that some people might just need to do a DNS flush (Run... -> cmd.exe -> ipconfig /flushdns), which worked for some of my users that said that they were still seeing Fitbit when it was fine for me. That or the ISP is caching.

    You should at least log a ticket first. Although there's a slight chance that someone who can do something will stop by here, it's much more likely that you get help by logging a ticket. Even better than that is if you manage to catch someone online with the support chat.
