hi as the title says my website will not load nor will my website admin panel and i cant find any information about it ? my cpanel and hosting account both load ok so anyone got any information about this please ?

my site will load ok the first time then times out i also have the same problem editing my template it is ok after my first save action but after that it just times out then i can not log back into my sitebuilder admin pannel i am on starka this has been going on for 4 days now
