Unfortunately x10Hosting Cannot Unsuspend Your Account it is under the Zero-Tolerance rules Someone more experienced will give more info soon!

Typical excuse, i didnt do it, somebody else had access to my account. Nulled scripts are ILLEGAL. And if you are a professional company, why use free hosting? and why use illegal stuff. It makes no sence.
