Like the large text, Tables may seem difficult at first, for what I can see. Maybe reduce a few or get rid of the padding in the banner. You don't really need a header called "Content" thats my 2 cents right now

lynda.com pick up a book called "Photoshop CS4 for the Web" Courses include the same project files that the instructors use, so you can follow along at your own pace. lynda.com tutorials are great for visual learners and people who like to learn by doing.

very simple logo, something you can do really fast on paper in less than a minute but if your up to another opinion, make this thing "pop" and add more detail kinda like black-rain-ninja did

great color choice, you have one spelling error that i can see "propery" . Is this site complete? if so, make sure to be consistent. When clicking on the links it feels as if you have left the website, You want to keep in mind that as the user moves through your site, the visual treatment...

like the design but lose the gray font color on the red link "Don't stay alone, Join Now for Free!" find a different color to increase visibility. Otherwise looks like your more of a programmer than designer.
