You need to give us more information. Since it isn't your game, it is probably a programming error in the php. If you could show us some code, we will definitely try and help. Also, I believe it is against the terms of use for the free hosting service to host anything that doesn't have to do...

I wouldn't be surprised if the problem lay in the top/bottom.txt. It is case sensitive, so for example if it is name Bottom.txt, a lower case b will not work. Also, make sure its extension is in fact txt.

localhost is correct, root is not. Replace root with the username you signed up with and all will be dandy :D.
