the same thing happened to me, after that MySQL update. is this something that will be corrected somehow, or should we just re-enter the categories (and links too, it seems)? thanks edit: just checked PHPmyadmin ... looks like the links are still in the db. I am not seeing the categories...

Yesterday I made a post about not being able to get into account Panel, that's fine. I got into my cPanel today, and noticed there was a parked domain that I do not own anymore, so I clicked "remove" After I did this, cPanel no longer works, and my website says "internal server error"...

Okay, that's what I figured. It's not really a problem, until I go trying to edit things that aren't there. I'm sure they'll get around to it. Honestly it looks to me like cPanel did not upgrade properly (the home link is broken, from subpages-- points to index.php instead of index.html)

has there been any updates on this? I still don't have anything in my support center If not, it's fine, just wondering. it seems like I can set up new subdomains and such, and I think they work, but they still don't show up in the list on cPanel.

hi, It had been a while since I logged in. I changed my main domain in the account panel, and since, the cPanel has not listed my sudbomains/addondomains/etc properly. I added a new subdomain, and it is not displayed either. What's going on? or what do I need to do to fix it? Thanks...

I was suspended for overusage.... have not even been using/updating my site since i am waiting for a domain name issue to be resolved was recently moved to lotus after my account got deleted from cossacks accidently during the upgrade process. uname is unnews

I've had good experiences with the support, the few (3) times I've needed to use it. Obviously the response times are not as fast as paid hosting, but not bad: < 1 day. if you want "good" support....pay for a host. that's my .02

maybe they don't respond because the other alternative is to go to PAID hosting? :p (which I'm hoping I don't have to do, but I'm considering it)
