That is odd, though not unheard of unfortunately, we're working on a solution to that.

Still need an answer to the question asked in the last thread though:
What are the sub domains and addon domains that should be there?

I will make a note to the ticket that you can not reach it and link to this thread.

subdomains:
code
factorq

main domain: jrob.co.cc

addon domain: jfrobbins.co.cc

I think that's right. thanks for the help :)

has there been any updates on this? I still don't have anything in my support center
If not, it's fine, just wondering.

it seems like I can set up new subdomains and such, and I think they work, but they still don't show up in the list on cPanel.

To my knowledge only an admin can do something about that, your ticket is in the admin section, unfortunately it sometimes does take a few days before a ticket is answered there, depending on what urgencies might come up (cPanel upgrade caused a bit extra work on a couple servers for instance).

Okay, that's what I figured.

It's not really a problem, until I go trying to edit things that aren't there.
I'm sure they'll get around to it.

Honestly it looks to me like cPanel did not upgrade properly (the home link is broken, from subpages-- points to index.php instead of index.html)

yes, lotus was one of the servers that ran into some issues, I believe that it was reverted back to the old cPanel version for the time being. Eventually it'll get the upgrade though as the new version comes with more features (you'll be able to edit some parts of the dns for your domains for instance) as well as better security I'd assume.

sounds good to me. I'll give it a while and check and see if it's been updated, or if there has been an announcement about lotus being fixed.

Thanks again :)
