i think admins updated the story regarding closing all the open tickets as a lot of them where about the servers being down or related questions to the servers that admins or helpers couldnt help with until the uopgrades where complete thats why issues had to be re opened with new tickets?

all tickets are important regardless of support questions ! hopefully all the tickets will be sorted in good time as i can see people seem to be very frustrated with the tickets being live for a long time?
