I couldn't agree with you more. I found out FTP was down a few days ago not by status.x10hosting.com but by reading many repeat posts in the forums saying that it was. Posting the information in a single location with frequent updates will help keep the number of repeat support requests down.

Since the recent server changes dealing with Lotus, I am receiving an error under the X10 control panel saying that there is no hosting under my client account. Along with this, I am not able to login to cPanel or have any other options under the "Hosting" menu in the control panel...
