Hi Curtis, Sounds like you'll have to update the Nameservers with whoever the domain name is registered with or managing it. ns1.x10hosting.com (99.198.122.2) ns2.x10hosting.com (69.175.6.66) Once updated, in cPanel goto Parked Domains and add your webpage. Hope it helps,

Mine site is also slow to load. May even be 404ing for some. The server page indicates there is a large amount or latency lately. No mention of anything going on :/

Don't forget to post why you need the space you voted for. And include your webpage. So we can visit and see how good a site it is for the space you are using :wink: Not much credibility if people vote 1000Mb without explanation. Cheers

Hi All, As of late we have seen Chopin Free Web server give the dreaded Disk Full error when we try to update our webpages. A ticket was submitted and the support team responded very promptly (thanks) They indicated some users misuse their allocated space by uploading prohibited material...

I remember reading somewhere they had to take this step to reduce people abusing the service by storing warze, movies, and other things that where covered in the TOS. 1 gig should be more than sufficient. Whats your website used for? Also, the maximum filesize that can be uploaded is 64mb.

umm, you sound upset and frustrated... There's many others that have worked it out and going fine.. in fact over 25,000 users from what I can tell. But then again you may classify as being in a special group of people (I best stop here or I may take on the tone you have) Oh, and good luck...

I WAS having a certificate expired warning when logging in. But as of a few moments ago, it's working fine. Hope it's fixed for you too.

Hi Chris, Im also a n00b with x10 so welcome from one n00b to another ;) problem 2 I regularly see error 522 - disk space full in filezilla Seems to be fixed - well its now working for me after a few days of the same error in my filezilla. problem 3 I can't reply to any thread in the forum...

a lot more info needed buddy... Have you tried the legacy file manager in cPanel? Best of luck.

Having a site down (hobby site or not) for 4 days is concerning. Lucky, my site is working fine but I too don’t have any data in the HTTP CPU Usage Statistics… Not that I expect anything to show in the red because I’d be lucky to get 3 visits a day :rolleyes:

Same problem with me. There's been a couple of problems of late. Site login to account portal shows the security certificate has expired (see previous posts) and now FTP uploading problems :( :confused:
