My ip is dynamic and I don't seem to have the same problem. Try logging to your cPanel by using http://<server>.x10hosting.com:2082 and see if you can.

Yeah! Photoshop is a memory hungry freak! You should atleast have more than 1GB of RAM if you're gonna use it. Especially if you're doing multiple tasks at the same time. But feature wise, it has more options you can do! With that said, i prefer Photoshop. :biggrin:
