Your htaccess file was corrupt, and had escaped characters in it (most likely from using the wrong encoding while opening/saving the file). I've fixed it for you.

For some reason, the htaccess file in the root of your account had PHP code in it. I've renamed the file.

The error was caused by bad formatting in your htaccess file. I've commented out your rewrites.

You can use the software, you just cannot use an external SMTP server. We see so much spam originating from our servers, that if we didn't filter it, no mail would ever be able to be sent. All outgoing mail on free (and premium, with a few exceptions) must go through our outbound scanning filter.

This has been resolved. It was because you were running PHP 5.3--which is no longer supported.

This was related to the "SetEnvIfNoCase" lines in your htaccess. I've fixed the issue.
