Hi, We've been looking into something like this, however it's not really a priority. You can create very secure passwords that even you don't know if you really need the security. Put your password behind two factor authentication like with LastPass or something similar.

Sadly, it's true. We've tried asking them to delist it, explaining that it's impossible for unsafe links to come from .x10hosting.com subdomains. :(

There is nothing filtering incoming mail directly (unless you have a mail forwarder, in which case it goes through our external SMTP server that scans for spam). You can try and use SpamAssassin in Cpanel, however it may not be very effective at filtering it.
