Thank you on the Free Hosting forum for the DNS 'A'record help. My issue is solved, I am able to access my site again. I used cPanel to access the DNS records, chose reset to default and waited for information to propogate through the system and this morning ---success.

I have cleared my brower cache and reset the dns on my computer --- no change. I have also attempted to access my web site from a computer that has never accessed it before --- no success.
