OK, what part of "zero-tolerance" is not making sense? Or is the the "permanently suspended" part that isn't clicking? The rest of your site may have been legal and the nulled script may have been set apart on a test domain for less than a day, but the fact is, you committed software piracy...

I believe this is a bug in cPanel. Assuming this is the bug everyone else on Stoli is experiencing (assuming also that you are on Stoli, as it would appear from this bug) the admins are working on fixing it right now. Edit: I stand corrected, the bug is on Cossacks. Is that the server you are on?

I know it is now, but when the changes were first made, there were a lot of pages that still had wrong information on them. Just had an idea that might help solve that. :D

Maybe that would have been better. I guess I was thinking since it was related to the free hosting that it would be OK here. I wonder how many other pages haven't been updated and still have old copies of rules and stuff on them (like pages that still say the inactivity limit is 14 days :eek4:)...

Well if you have a backup, just recreate your hosting account, re-upload the backup and move on. Whining here isn't going to accomplish anything, is it?

Were you in violation of the TOS? And anyway, if you had a backup on your local machine, it wouldn't be hard to recreate your hosting account and re-upload the backup of the site. You do have a proper backup don't you? You must have the original files saved somewhere because I doubt you deleted...

Ah, but it's not their fault. It's yours. You let your site stay suspended for 10 days, which according to the rules you agreed to when you signed up, will result in termination of your hosting account. It will happen again if you let yourself get suspended again.

First, you should consider cropping screenshots before posting them. Second, if your account has been removed, so has your backup (at least I'm pretty sure it has. That would only make sense).

Everything is working fine for me. FTP, Cpanel, chopin.x10hosting.com and my site.

You probably joined before the inactivity timer was upped to 31 days, and got caught by the old two week timer which removed your account.
