If the reason that link doesn't work is a blocked port (which is my problem at school) try using this instead: http://cpanel.cooperhamptonphotography.x10hosting.com

If I use Google Apps, does that get around the blacklist issue you're talking about? Like if a certain provider has Chopin blocked, my Google Apps email will still go through because it's coming from Google, right? Just wondered about that...

Hm… not sure. An account manager may need to take a look at it.

Your FTP host should be ftp.YOURCPANELNAME.x10hosting.com (don't forget the ftp. at the beginning)

Your account was no doubt terminated after the inactivity period passed. You can create a new one and link it to your current forum account. EDIT: never mind.. just logged into mine without the ftp. at the beginning. Cool!

Did you create hosting accounts along with the forum accounts?
