Maybe its my screen but I find everything rather large, you can easily create a bit more compact design and fit everything you have on each page on one screen (so users don't have to scroll). But other then that I like how clean you've kept it.

So no it's not the only way to upload the file (Filezilla and windows explorer work fine), but I would just prefer it to do it with command prompt as I can automate some parts of the uploading progress.
