I don't know.. I think you might be able to do that if you give credit as to where you got it from. I remember hearing that gathered materials, such as a list of websites, books, etc, are also granted copyright status, so I guess it might be legal... I'm not completely sure though.

Thanks for the responses. I decided that I'm going to do a little of both. I'm using a grid system, though I'm avoiding copy/pasting so I can learn from experience and stuff.

I also found he yellow/black kinda bright, and the pictures are slow to load. Difficult to read text under a picture background, so I recommended putting at least a translucent background for text. Anyways, nice site idea nonetheless.

Yay problem solved, and better than before; I can even get a secure access to it now. That was fast, thanks again x10!
