Seems like lots of folks are all having the same problems with not being able to get to web sites and not being able to use cpanel. Does anyone know when/if a solution will be found?

I want to use a scripting program to format data from a web page form and send it to my email server. One of the required parameters is "smtp server name". I assume I can use the x10hosting name but I am not sure what it is exactly. Is it "mail.x10hosting.com" or something else?

I am developing a website for a non-profit organization. If I get a registered domain name and use it here on my free hosting site, will the organization be able to transfer the name to their own web server once their equipment in purchased and installed?
