Hi, I would like to change to your premium hosting service. Can you tell me what I need to do to get my current, free site set up in the paid system? Thanks.

Hello,

The process is such that you first pay, and activate, your paid account. Once that is done you submit a ticket to the priority support in your clients area and request the transfer of your free account. Don't forget to include details, such as cPanel name and server, about your free account in the ticket.
