Hi tropic22, I've just taken a look at your stats, and your account appears to be fine. CPU usage can spike randomly just when your site is in use. Especially if you're running a blog or something that uses MySQL, or runs cron jobs. You're not even close to reaching your limit. :)

Hey everyone, I wanted to follow up on this. We do take issues with any part of our service seriously, and we don't mean to belittle any issues just because they're not "pressing" matters. We've investigated this a bit more, and we've come to find that in order to fix the uploading issue here...

I have a feeling a lot of this is related to the fact that the outgoing mail server was recently listed on SORBS Spam for sending spam email--which we've corrected. Unfortunately we cannot just delist ourselves from SORBS.

Resolved! A couple things: The redirection was being caused by a .htaccess file in the root of your account (/home/vdelcx10/.htaccess) The DNS entry for your domain was all messed up, and was pointing to our catchall server--this was resolved.

Looking into this now.. something's funky with your account/domain.
