    I'd definitely contact them and see if you can get any information about why they might be blocking. Since it's free, shared hosting, all the mail gets routed through a central server.. so it's possible that they're blacklisting our MTA server.

    Sorry. If you have an illuminated account, it's not linked to your hosting account-your forum account is linked to your premium account. I'm looking into illuminated now. it appears to be offline. I'll update you when I have more information.

    Unfortunately, personal galleries and images are restricted to a 1GB maximum, as everything on your account must be directly related to your website. As such, your account has been suspended, prior an appeal. You can make the appeal by logging into the account panel.

    Hi Julie, Is this a recent issue? If it is, you may have fell victim to the Exploit that was released on Jetpack (a wordpress plugin that you appear to be running). I'm working with another staff member to see if there is a fix for this exploit.

    This is most likely due to your school blocking traffic to port 2083 TCP. You should check with them. There are no current issues with the server.

    @gavinmendes98 As someone who's uses GoDaddy because he has clients who insist upon it... that /is/ cPanel. It's just a custom theme. We have a custom theme as well.

    Heart bleed?

    We were running versions of OpenSSL that were vulnerable to Heartbleed. For free hosting, this really doesn't matter as much, since none of the websites operate over SSL. All our systems that were vulnerable have been patched, and SSL/TLS certificates revoked and renewed.
