It shouldn't drastically change the operation of the CMS, though. It should still work fine. You can probably disable the warning, too.

Hello, Other than changing the php configuration, there is little you can do, but as this is shared hosting that is not an option. You'll just have to ignore the error, as we do not adjust the configuration for individual requests. Thanks.

Hello, Requests are placed into a queue. If for some reason they are backed up, it can take a little longer to process other requests. In other words, you just have to be patient and wait.
