Some CMS' are just too "heavy" to be run on free hosting. The only thing I could suggest is to disable all plugins etc. You may want to consult the script's developer, as they will be able to give a deeper insight that we can into their own script.

Please ensure nothing is CHMOD 777. Generally, files should be 644 and directories 755. Also, please post the contents of the .htaccess file you have in the public_html directory. If using cPanel file manager you'll need to enable the viewing of dotfiles to see it.

If you want to use a x10 subdomain, the nameservers are already set. If you want to use your own domain anywhere on x10, you need to set the nameservers to: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.
