You must login to the forums at least once every 31 days to keep your account active. If you had unsuspended yourself before logging in then it is likely that the account would then be immediately re-queued for suspension.

1) I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but if you have your domain's nameservers pointed at x10, then we would manage your DNS and therefore any subdomains.
2) Paid cannot be compared to free. It is much better due to there being significantly fewer account per server.
