Your settings are fine. There's an issue right now with our configuration on our servers with imagemagick which is causing the problem. We're working on it.

We are aware of the issue with uploading media to Wordpress. We're working on fixing it.

And also, you're probably connecting from a remote server (if you're running a Minecraft server). This is not possible with Free hosting. You would need premium in order to use remote MySQL.
