Volunteer to setup an IRC Server

Wrong. Our VPS ToS is global. Since we don't offer Dedicated SERVERS (We offer dedicated CPU on Virtual Private Servers), the terms are still applicable.

certificate expired - secure log-in not posible

The certificate is fine. It's issued for all x10hosting SUBDOMAINS. That means that anything with ".x10hosting.com" has an SSL Certificate, which is valid. You will never get a fully secure message from any browser trying to visit https://bearsoft.x10.mx:2083. There's no certificate for that...

New to VPS : I have a few questions

Extrapolating to the Nth degree with this, I went ahead and did a quick measurement of your bandwidth usage using this calculator: http://www.numion.com/calculators/ServerReq.html And this is what I got: That being said, any one of those plans could support you... But I'd go with the S3...

    Close My account

I've unsuspended you. The install shouldn't be triggering the suspension though. Can you try again and tell me if it suspends you?

    Unsecured connection to x10hosting.com

There was a problem the other day with SSL, and I believe Corey had to re-install/renew it. It should be fine, try flushing your dns, clearing your cache, and also doing a forced refresh (Ctrl + F5)

Any chance of another mysql database?

Errr. Why not just use table prefixes? You can pretty much put everything in one database if you use prefixes.. (like, wordpress_, forums_, etc.)

Selling a Coming soon Page(Not Coded)

Hmmm.. I made http://wsr.im/ Using only HTML and CSS. They're pretty much all together. The only thing on that site using an image is the logo. If it looks bad, you're probably using a stupid browser. The point John was making was that someone wanted to pay $25 for that simple HTML and CSS...

    green dots on my monitor[help]

Faulty wiring maybe? If it's LCD, I know there's a screen of RGB pixels over the entire thing which maps out what you see, it may simply be throwing too much power to the screen, giving you the dots you see.

Selling a Coming soon Page(Not Coded)

Don't want to be rude, but I wouldn't pay 1 cent for that. I could make something equal in photoshop in ~10 minutes. It's really good to start somewhere - everyone has to. Hell, my first designs were worse than that (I believe I used Comic Sans MS, Times New Roman, and FrontPage/Microsoft...

Need 43594 and 5555 port enabled

Unless we've recently started blocking fOpen/Socket open on different ports, you should be able to check the uptime of your RSPS' quite easily using PHP.. No need for any inbound ports to be open.

    Ruby on Rails

If you've done any RoR development, you know that a lot of it involves server side commands (databases, creating projects, etc) Since we don't give SSH access, you wouldn't be able to do this even if Ruby + Rails was installed/configured..

    Account suspension

I've suspended and unsuspended you, which seems to have resolved the issue, however, it is now saying that your account/domain doesn't exist in your system. I'm not sure what is causing this.. Someone with more knowledge than me will hopefully have an answer. This is an interesting situation...

    Transfer

You'll need to open a support ticket in the client area: http://clients.x10hosting.com/ This is free hosting support, and therefore you won't get any help with this.
