Here's what I get when I go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php (and any other https:// on x10hosting.com, it appears):

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to x10hosting.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

I've also noticed that several HTML pages and images that I added to my site over the past few days are gone (however, pages that I modified still have the changes).

Is this related to the server switch? If so, are you guys going to do something about this unsecured connection?

Thanks for your time.

I just ignored the warning and logged in anyways, and I've found that it is taking a very long time to even show me the files in a folder, and uploading anything is taking forever (that is, it takes forever for the upload to even start).

The site's certificate is still not valid. Are any staff going to comment on this?

It comes back as valid for me when I test, confirming with higher level admin if it was replaced/renewed recently.

You are most likely seeing that because the old certificate is still cached in your browser.

There was a problem the other day with SSL, and I believe Corey had to re-install/renew it.

It should be fine, try flushing your dns, clearing your cache, and also doing a forced refresh (Ctrl + F5)

Apparently this issue has still not been fixed. I cleared my cache and flushed my DNS, and still had the same issue. Just to be sure, I tried accessing the site on another computer (one which I am sure has never before visited it) and still had the same untrusted connection message pop up. I even tried renewing my IP and got the same message.

Just discovered something very interesting... IE on the same computer does not give a warning. Weird. Really weird.

I just tried again with another computer about 30 minutes ago using Firefox, and the certificate is still not valid.
