Hi I cannot login to my CPanel from few hours ago. When I provide username and going it goes in to standby mode and ends up stating ERROR Wordpress web site is also down. It gives a "Error establishing a database connection" massage. Can somebody look in to this please

freshw14, enable cloudflare still giving me issues. I think its the Browser Cache Expiration setting in cloudflare which is 2 hours minimum. So when x10 delivers a zero file through cloudflare, the browser still caches it for 2 hours. So the page reloads with the same corrupt files. :mad:

I am having the same issue. But disabling varnish cache only eases the issue but not the solution. The issue will still persist but when you refresh the page it will re-fetch all files and the chances are blank css files will be delivered properly and the page will render properly in the...

I have the same when trying login from office even though I have full access through the firewall. The SSO doesnt seem to very firewall friendly. Try connecting through a direct link such as your home network or on phone.

Sorted. Statement printed address is different to registered address coz its hand delivered to my office. I am now Illuminated !!!! :lol: But when I login to cpanel it says x10hosting - PRIME. I guess it will change to Illuminated once its migrated to Illuminated server ??

hi leafypiggy yes. am entering the address looking at my statement. Only alternative available is to check with the bank if the postal address which they send the statement and the VISA registered address is different. :( I guess Paypal payment is out of question here ?

There is no issue with the card. I even made a online payment yesterday. The only thing is none of the online payments asks for the billing address. And yes I am using it for ebay purchases too

VISA nope own doesn't let me proceed from the data entering field. It gives me the error msg at the bottom and stays at the same screen. :( address seems to be the issue from the error msg - provided the system is throwing me the correct error
