Account suspended

I went to my website this morning and found that it has been suspended. I was unaware that I had to log in on here at least once a month, to keep the account active. I hope that you have not deleted all the contents of the site as I had a lot of information on it, that was needed. This is my site

I have signed in there and all I get is that. It gives no way to follow up on how to get my account back, unless I am missing something.

to meet the 'once a month' requirement - you need to 'log in' at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - 'log in' to the forums do not count

your account - can be suspended - for 30 or more days where you did not log-in to the Account Portal - you can un-suspend it from within the Account Portal (AP) - but if you do NOT un-suspend it within 21 days the computer (system) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files - anytime after the 21 day delay - NO backups are made

it 'looks' like your account was deleted from the server - by this part of the error you posted --> "The good news it that you may sign up again now."

when was the last time you accessed your account's Website ?

I understand now that it is the account portal that I have to sign in and was not referring to here, although it does look like I meant the forum reading it back. I was just wondering is there anything I can do to get it back as it does not give me any way to do that when I go to [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ].

Your account is currently suspended for inactivity. It has not been deleted, so it is strange that you would be getting a message suggesting that it has been. Please could you try logging in with "thetippi" as your username, and let me know whether you still receive this error message?

I was logging in on an old account I had on here ages ago and was able to remove the suspension once I realized my mistake. A real Homer Simpson moment(DOH). Feel a bit foolish now(LOL).
