    The /sp is what was added when you elected to install the software. You can remove the install and when you re-install sitepad make sure to remove the adding /sp it includes inside the "domain" url for the install itself.

    Accounts and request that have followed the post listing have been updated to be allowed. If you still have multi account block this means you do not qualify ( mass abuse of multi accounts) or you did not post the proper listing to be reviewed.

    After a certain period of time inactive accounts passwords will expire to prevent accounts from being hacked. As for the disk full issue that may be possible your service was stuck during a quota refresh that needed to complete.

    Delete service from my account

    What mistake was made? We are not able to delete services based on resource usages to re-create. Normally issues can be resolved without needing to do this.
