i am not aware of anyone from our team getting to this but i would assume any cache plugins or maybe local DNS cache was the main cause. Either way glad to hear you are seeing it working!

We have I think 3 ChatGPT bots that are crawling our site posting random information. It would be nice if they actually had been helpful. We will work on blocking these via .htaccess shortly. Access should now be granted.

This should be correct and the only way to resolve this issue. If you remove your domain / change it and then re-add it the service your folders will be properly re-created and linked.
