Since you want to create a new, I will only terminate the service, your account (ie the login to https://x10hosting.com/login) will remain the same. The service should be terminated in a few minutes, after that you can create a new once you have logged in.

Try clearing your browser cache. Due to how redirection to the suspended page is done it can sometimes stick in cache for a little bit before clearing (should clear on its own if you just have a bit patience though).
