I just added .php files i public_html, finally found a way after a log time. But now, me site doesn't open! Nothing happens! But if i wait like 10 minutes, it gives me a error! Why?

I activated me account, i waited, now, i didn't get a name or a password to login in the c panel. I tried with the x10hosting name and assword, but it says login attempt failed! Oh, and BTW, can i upload a crime game, but with less traffic? Like 100 people a day? Or maybe even only me and some...
