I activated me account, i waited, now, i didn't get a name or a password to login in the c panel. I tried with the x10hosting name and assword, but it says login attempt failed! Oh, and BTW, can i upload a crime game, but with less traffic? Like 100 people a day? Or maybe even only me and some friends?

During sign up you did chose your cPanel user name and password. (user name us xweetok5).
As far as the game goes, I guess it depends on how resource demanding it is. I have no idea what type of game you are referring to so I can not provide an accurate answer.
Of course it has to be legal for you to install (freeware, copy licensed to you etc.).
