The only 2 problems I would say on your site is that the Navigation bar is little difficult to find at first, and the second is the four second rule. You should be able to tell exactly what your site is by skimming the main page in 4 seconds

Try using a different plug-in. But imho I would stay away from plug-ins people have to download that are not common. Most visitors will not download the plug in they will just leave.
