4 sec rule and a contrast error maybe but that would be easy to fix just up the red a little more to make it a tad brighter

Well ... The top font spacing is a little off, the letters look all crammed together. You have a contrast error at the bottom of the page (Black and white monitors and color blind people will have a hard time reading that)
