This problem is sometimes caused by cPanel not updating the user quota after the user deleted some files. Yesterday I run a script which fixes this problems by recalculating the quotas for each user.

Borra el cache y los archivos temporales, haz un flush de tus DNS e intenta de vuelta. Si todavía no puedes acceder a tu web tienes que esperar a que las DNS se actualicen/propaguen a tu zona. Saludos!

To login to FTP use the same username & password you use to login to cPanel.

Clear your cache and temporary files and make a flush of your DNS before trying again. To flush your DNS go to: Start > Run > type "cmd" > on the CMD type "ipconfig /flushdns". After doing this try again.

Make sure your disk-space doesn't get full. The backup will stop if the disk-space gets full.

PM me your IP Address and I'll check if it's being blocked or not. If you use an FTP client, make sure the "Multiple connections" option is disabled as this may cause the firewall from temporary blocking your IP Address.

I removed the PHPv2 lines from Apache and it should work now(temporary, after aproximatelly 6/12hs when the script to update PHPversions is run this lines will be added again). We need to wait for Bryon to compile it.
