Please give us some more information. What domain are you trying to use? As primary domain or as a parked/addon domain? What error do you get?

What do you mean by the "Ad Group"? Your account is Ad-Free so you don't have to put any ads on it. You can still put them if you want to help x10hosting :)

The script should have an Admin area, where you can change the main URL of the website. If the script doesn't have that option, you should be able to modify it on the script configuration file, or on the database you've installed the script.
