Es un backup COMPLETO? O un backup del home? Si es un backup completo, no lo podes restaurar vos, y lo tiene que restaurar un administrador. Si es esta caso, avisanos. Si es un backup de tu HOME podes restaurarlo desde cPanel. Saludos!
