You were supposed to select a different (username &) password for cpanel/ your webhosting account at sign up. This is what you use.

I'm not sure what you've done exactly & what the definite solution is, but have you ; 1) Inserted the code from here ; http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?adcode 2) cleared your internet cache & reloaded the page? 3) Opened a Support ticket to let them know you've inserted the Ad code?

Paid service is on different servers & has 99.9% uptime (apparently). The forums & Account Panel are already being re-designed. If you read the News you should know this. You should also know about the Knowledge Base. Edit : It seems you aren't too good at reading the rules or understanding...
