No, the ones you use to the AMP is your FORUM username and password. You should use your HOSTING username and password (the ones you choose when you signed up for the hosting account) to login to cPanel.

You may need to wait for DNS to point to the right IP for you. Try by: Clearing your cache & temp files and flush your DNS. You should meanwhile be able to access your cPanel by: http://67.228.161.42:2082/

The AMP issues should now be fixed for your account, and you should be able to change your primary domain. About the 404 error pages, I thought it had already been fixed, but it seems it hasn't. I'll take a look at it in some minutes.
