Hay dos maneras: -Eliminar el index.html si es que no es necesario, y dejar solamente el index.php -Hacer redirección desde el .htaccess (cPanel lo que hace es agregar al .htaccess la redirección automáticamente). ¿Que error o problema te da al intentar crear una redirección?

No tenes que crear el subdominio desde cPanel, simplemente se agrega el CNAME desde el lado de la administración. Elimine el subdominio mailmail.wmresources.co.cc desde cPanel y volví a agregar el CNAME. Ahora debería funcionar. Puede que tarde un rato en actualizarse y propagarse las DNS. Saludos!
